"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man leider auch.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, was leider in den Ecken außen rum nicht so ist.
Die Sauna ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, da es eine Abstellkammer ist.
Das Frühstück ist okay. Es gab leider nur Brötchen, kein frisches Obst oder Joghurt.
Leider waren viele Tische immer etwas schmutzig.
Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage und man kann es sicherlich richtig schön machen, würde es aber so wie es zur Zeit ist nicht weiterempfehlen."

"The hotel advertised air conditioning, but unfortunately we found out after arriving that it was only available in certain rooms. Our room was extremely hot, which made it very difficult to sleep. The front desk attendant was very kind and provided us with additional fans, but unfortunately they didn’t make much of a difference. After traveling for over 10 hours, we were really looking forward to getting some rest, so it was a disappointing and uncomfortable way to start our trip."

"Very nice stay at the hotel. Very quirky-shaped building, and the room we stayed in was very compact, but very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and really close to the old town in Wetzlar. Would definitely recommend a stay there to experience such a historical location."

Lovely small hotel close to the historic part of Wetzlar. An easy bus ride to the Leica Museum. Recommend a taxi from train station as there is some uphill walking. Cosy room, great restaurant, excellent breakfasts.

What can I say , the owners went above and beyond, as were the rest of the staff very welcoming and really made me feel as if I was home . Both dinner and breakfast were excellent . My room was superb , it was quiet and comfortable. I was worried about the proximity to the motorway , My room was on the back of the hotel, but even on the front side you could not hear the road with the windows shut, and it was just background noise with them open, and the views from the front side are amazing....
