"Overal the stay was excellent. My only gripe was that the bed was very hard, and the pillows were very firm. One thick one, and one thin one were given as options. Other than this, it was great. The room was clean, there were hand sanitisers everywhere, shields at reception. Was also very quiet. ..."

Smart and spacious hotel
"Perfect for exploring the main sites. Quiet side of the river and walking distance to old town, museums and city centre. Excellent buffet breakfast with loads of choice to set us up for the day. Staff very efficient and helpful."

Great quirky hotel in the heart of the old town
"Great quirky hotel. All rooms featured something about Basque culture. My room featured music with a double base forming part of the clothes rail and a mini piano we used as a table. The staff were attentive and answered all our questions in a friendly manner. The hotel was clean and well presented ..."
