"This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Bilbao. The room was excellent and the staff were really helpful throughout. Yes, it is a short walk down to the old town but taxis are cheap and there is a metro nearby. Didn't use the pool as we were too busy in Bilbao but it was nice and lots of people in it. Would definitely come back."

There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

There were many places to eat and drink around it and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent and the front desk staff was also excellent in particular. Situated on the mouth of the Nervión River, Bilbao Bay spreads from the seaside towns of Getxo in the north to Santurtzi and Zierbena in the south. Getting to Bilbao Bay
Bilbao Bay is located to the northwest of Bilbao city centre. It’s easy to reach, taking around 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes on Bilbao’s excellent Metro system.
