"I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. Once there, it was fantastic .. location brilliant, quiet, friendly staff - Mo and Iva on the desk were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... after a shaky start! Would highly recommend."
