"The hotel decor and room facilities are minimalistic to the point of being not comfortable, lack of shelves, place to put down your bath stuff or store your luggage. In order to change cloths you need to lift your suitcase and place/open it on top of the bed. Not for us. We are not coming again."

"Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner."
