"The staff were efficient and friendly. My room was nice and clean, although it wasn't fancy and in need of a face lift, like myself. It was very comfortable and quiet on the top floor so slept like a baby. My 2nd visit at the Madison Plaza and i would stay there again when visiting my son as it's in a perfect location to get around with the 50 cent bus fares, also priced well if you're just looking for somewhere clean to place your head down at night."

"We were on the 9th floor. Very quiet, except for the baby elephants upstairs! Can't be helped if you are in a multilevel block. Bed is relatively new and COMFORTABLE. Fantastic view. Traffic noise reduced to a whisper when the door to the balcony is closed. Very important."
