"The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are great, especially the concierge who are help to make the trip as smooth as possible... The only challenge is that the room (a heritage room in this case) was so warm. Seemed the air con wasn't working and only blowing forced air. Although the room had a balcony the door couldn't be opened to let cool air in. However, on the last day of the stay the air quality was so bad you wouldn't want the door open. Great place, just need to get the...

"What a wonderful location, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and close to the forbidden city. Easy to find as well, just be careful as we put the wrong address in and walked to a different hotel.
