We were happy with our stay at Sunworld, has good connections close to the main attractions, breakfast was really good and the ladies cleaning our room were nice and efficient every day…special thanks to Jenny and the other ladies from 8th floor. There was also washing machine downstairs so that was really helpful.

The rooms were good size, clean and linen changed daily. The room cleaner on level 11 was very helpful. The location great. The reception staff very unhelpful, zero english, even with translator they had zero understanding of what was being asked and responce was to do nothing. Internet and TV were useless . Both kept dropping out yet advertised as excellent

The rooms at this establishment was very clean. We had 3 rooms booked and they were a very well maintained. The staff was great and went the extra mile in helping me celebrate my birthday by providing dessert for us when I returned to my room. (Big thanks to the staff!). There was no free breakfast nor laundry service, but we were close to nearby restaurants and laundry service which cost next to nothing.

The hotel is very well 😄 positioned. The room was ok size and reasonably clean although there was a few hairs in the bathroom that were not ours. The breakfast was international but 'hot' was often warm. When I reported the toilet flush was broken, done by the previous occupiers, it was fixed immediately.

A very nice hotel with very updated rooms and amenities,, the gym is very nice in the basement. The laundry is a bit small and for the size of the hotel, they should have a bit bigger and higher capacity laundry. The other drawback is the massage centre is right beside the laundry and gym, and the girls keep asking men for a message when they go to do laundry, even while their kids are there. Massage centres should be away from family service centres IMO. But everything else is great

The staff was very helpful especially the front desk personels. They were always glad to entertain my questions. Overall the hotel was very clean. It was also very centrally located and very accessible to the subway and to the main attraction. IT was so close to the wangfujing pedestrian street that strolling during the evening was well worth it. The street lighted up and was very festive. I would highly recommend the hotel to all travellers without a doubt.

The hotel is centrally located near shopping areas and close to the traffic-free mall. The check-in staff requires the manager to make decisions as one of our rooms require changing after one day. We did not want to do that as the hotel needs to plan their room assignments properly. We have to talk to the manager and he okayed not to change one of our rooms.
