"Room was clean. Staff were welcoming Breakfast was ok, needs another coffee machine as there were lines every morning. Spa - The sauna wasnt working and in the addititonal package - the steam room wasnt working. Lockers were broken too. Additional package was not worth the additional money."

"All staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay as good as they could. Although a modern hotel , it doesn’t really cater for us older generation. Unable to use tv in our rooms, only via apps which we couldn’t use. 1 lift was out of order and the second lift kept failing, so the staff moved us 4 guests to the ground floor. Tv still no good there. It seems to be a business hotel, so not suitable for the visiting Ipswich leisure guest. Due to the difficulties with changing rooms, the bar running out of basic drinks, it spoilt our stay. Thankyou to all the staff for doing your best."
