Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was really comfortable and we made use of the spa in the morning for a swim. Will definitely return

There is also a long stay carpark just behind brooks that you can use or they can provide a permit for your car as parking in bath is a nightmare. I would definately stay here again and recommend brooks guesthouse to anyone.

Wonderful stay for a quick weekend. Really friendly, food amazing, just nice. Thanks guys, will be back.

A very comfortable sleep was followed by a lovely cooked breakfast. Checkout was very easy with no fuss. In short, a very pleasant overnight...
