"We stayed on the 7th floor and had a stunning view of the castle. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean. It was well located for all of our walking needs with bus stations nearby when we wanted to be out of the cold"
"We stayed four days here. The good: the staff is very friendly, it's very convenient to the train station, the big tour bus stop, the airport bus stop, and both Old Town and New Town. The bad, there is only one working lift and it's very slow. The bed was lumpy, the furniture was worn, the shower door does not seal properly (water runs all over the floor."
