"We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues,...

"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. "We had a fabulous stay at 172a Longmeanygate. Such a quiet spot yet close access for the motorways. We got to the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, Castle Howard and Bank Hall as well as visiting friends and relatives while we were here from New Zealand. The cottage was very well equipped but my husband's only critisism was that the bed was too small 🙃"
