"We have been here many times. They never seem able to reserve an apartment as requested, lower floor, golf course side etc. They also do not seem to care, even after coming here 4 years and 4 times per year. We like the location and large size and accept that pool etc is very basic. We may start looking at Sheraton which is close by."

Pool towels were appropriate. Please consider not charging for parking or just be up front that there will be a charge. Consider larger refrigerators. Thanks, had a great stay."

"Pool was good, beds were comfortable, pool times could be adjusted but I also understand why the times are that way. I don't like holiday in vacation club trying to take time out of my day and not really taking no as an answer. The restaurant on site wasn't good, I don't remember spending money there, I'd rather door dash or drive somewhere else. I think the restaurant needs some updates to the menu or better quality control. "

"For the price, this was a fine stay. With that said, the facilities are in need of a major update. The rooms are really dated, furniture is stained, and plaster is cracked in several areas. The description is a bit misleading - several of the pools are quite small and one is off limits to kids. The family pool area has signs saying there is food and drink delivery but there isn't. The water slide was never open when we were there. We enjoyed the big pool areas but they are very crowded on the weekends."
