"The Barbados lodge was perfectly located, overlooking the pond. Itâ€™s 3 bedroom - a double and a twin & then a 3rd smaller room with bunk beds thatâ€™s only suitable for kids. We had teenagers in these beds and they did say they werenâ€™t the comfiest beds - so maybe better suited to slightly younger children. The main beds were very comfortable. Great start to the New Year.Lovely lodge, surrounded by beautiful surroundings and nature, loved the little robins that came to see us every morning.Lovely experience to have the hot tub in the snowy crisp weather.Had a slight electric trip, due to the snow, however we were kept up to date on the progress of when it would be back on, this wasn't the site itself, but the area of North Yorkshire we were in.Lovely chilled weekend and would highly recommend!"

The views of the pond with its wildlife was an added bonus.We were a party of 5 consisting of 4 adults and a 12 year old.
