"Ann and Colin were perfect hosts. So warm and friendly and even left a welcome basket full of thoughtful treats. Flat is so much better than the pictures portray. Spacious and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the area. Highly recommend. Very convenient for all the new forest walks. The grounds are delightful and the garden is stunning. Nice little area to sit and enjoy the sun. Although the flat is joined to the flat we felt we had privacy. Thanks again for a lovely stay....

"My partner and I spent a few days at Carol's beautiful home. She has created such a wonderful place to stay. We particularly loved the effort Carol has put into helping guests get out and explore the stunning local area with even small laminated cards with walking suggestions! Very peaceful and a pretty setting, with constant birdsong, visiting ducks, scampering squirrels, wandering deer and an evening flyby from a kingfisher. "Cute property, great layout for 2 people, very quiet. It is a bit out of the center of things. Not a big deal in good weather but when pouring rain at night it is a slog. Groceries nearby, super friendly pub next door - but you don’t hear it in the flat. Motion detector lights out front go out very fast and the place could use a bit of refurbishing. But overall a pleasant stay!"

"Check in was easy code lock to access a key Not the nicest entrance to the property with damaged and trip hazards to get the door. The property wasnt up to the standards of the price we paid the windows were poor and could hear alot of noise from them especially the church in the night. Beds were very uncomfortable there was a damaged bed side table with cracked glass damp on the ceiling in the living room. We enjoyed the board games and cards with chips. "Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do ....."

"The luxurious cabin had everything we wanted for 6 adults and 3 infants. Bedrooms well appointed, although we hadn't realised the mezzanine bedroom was above the one with 2 singles.
