refused to provide me with rooms that I pre-paid
the hotel is abhorrent ; it is not hotel but a hostel; no windows in the room to begin with; the clerk refused to give me keys to the pre-paid room, told me he would not settle 3 people (on married couple) in 2 rooms, was trying to extort from me , forcing me to pay (not necessary use) the third room; expedia fully refunded me (at 3 am in the morning) and I went to a much better hotel (without reservation) where the three of us stayed in one room without any problems
the place cannot offer international services, clerk Isak was rude, did not speak English (I was communicating with him in Spanish), was referring to a non-existent "Spanish law" to back-up his extortion attempt

You had made a reservation to stay with us in 2 single rooms. single room is clearly mention that is for a maximum occupancy of 1 person in each room and you pretend to stay 2 people. we told you to pay for an extra room because we where fully booked, and in case something happen in the hotel during your stay, there can not be more people in the room than the maximum capacity.The man that was in reception speak good english and was not rude, he just try to explain you the situation.
