"The hotel and staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast was also very nice each day. Didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked good. Only issue was the quirky elevators. Not sure if they can improve upon it but not so bad to prevent our return to the property."

"The hotel was in a convenient location, short walk to the pier and the surrounding streets were full of markets. I had to change rooms because the air conditioning was making so much noise it sounded like someone was slamming a door every 10 minutes, staff were very good and relocated me into another room straight away at 5 am in the morning. Having stayed in two different rooms I found that both showers were very old and needed updating, it would be nice if the hotel invested in some USB...

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Su was very helpful and accommodating. It's a charming place, and very close to some great food options like Jay Fai, Thipsamai, and walking distance to Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu and a 7-Eleven. Very convenient place to stay while in Bangkok."
