It was bad enough that I spent most of my time outside the room just to avoid being there. First off, the room was extremely cramped. I also found it unsettling that one of the staff members was walking near my room with his shoes on, which felt unhygienic. I had booked for three nights but made it clear before my arrival that I would only check in on the second night and was fine forfeiting the first. Over the phone, the staff agreed to this. However, when I arrived, they initially refused to check me in because I hadn’t shown up on the first night. It was only after another staff member intervened and found my key with my name on it that they finally let me check in. Now, about the room itself - it was in poor condition. The bed was by far the worst I’ve ever slept on at any hotel, anywhere in the world. It was rock hard, with no cushioning, and the pillows looked like they hadn't been changed. There were no chairs in the room, though the staff was kind enough to bring me one. Unfortunately, it was an uncomfortable plastic chair. The bathroom was tiny, with no divider between the toilet and shower, making the whole area feel wet and cramped.
