"A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."

My negative experience began on the first day of my stay when I arrived at the hotel and tried to enter my room using a smart card. I had to try 10-15 times before it finally worked. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a wave of heat, and when I tried to turn on the AC, it was not working. When I went to the reception to complain, I was told that the hotel's main AC was only turned on...

"They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed,...

В ванной есть плесень. Номер большой. Мало розеток в комнате, сложно заряжать устройства. Прекрасный завтрак. Дают сотовый мед."
