Tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. However everything that works for this property means nothing when they have a bunch of utterly incompetent, egocentric & inhospitable staff members who quite literally take zero interest in providing basic services to their guests (like a quick & efficient check in) let alone their wellbeing.
