Great location with shops and restaurants nearby, lively for the weekend and easy access to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Earls Ct station. Amenities in room were very nice too. Stove,oven,frig freezer,dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Linens were stained, as was the sofa arms. Vents and switches were dirty too. The wallpaper and floors looked worn and in need of refinishing. Prevoius holes from old window treatments need filling. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Michael the door man. He was very good! Regarless of my complaints, due to the location and price, I WOULD stay here again, bringing my own linens and Clorox wipes for cleaning. This place could be top notch with some refreshing and updating.
