"Well located next to stations so much better for business trips than anything else. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms.
Breakfast was good and there is a variety of options available.
The one thing I'd do is in larger rooms add a sofa or something as the room feels very empty and therefore less welcoming given the fact that it's large but empty."

"It's a working farm with all sorts of farm animals around, most of them pretty friendly too.
Apart from a very occasional trains running, this was the quietest quiet place I've ever seen."

Discover the town's World War I history at the Bailleul Communal Cemetery and the striking neo-Gothic Town Hall with its impressive belfry. Locals recommend visiting on market days to sample regional cheeses and fresh produce at the charming main square.
If you are wanting to stay in the beautiful garrison town of Bailleul then the Hotel Belle is the place as it is very close to the centre. The hotel is very clean and I mean immaculate clean!, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the garden which is unique to a city hotel. Very airey and spacious hotel, with different areas to relax. Part of the hotel has a museum collection for World War 1, which is very interesting. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015 as an "add on" to meeting family and friends in Bruges. The reception staff were friendly and our check in was quick and efficient. We were in room 107 which was huge by hotel standards ( twice the size of our room at the Bruges Crowne Plaza and about half the price! ) we had the most comfortable hotel bed we'd slept in for many years, and there were additional pillows and bed linen if required. The hotel is just off the main square and about 5 minutes...

A truly lovely hotel that happened, as we had hoped, to serve our requirements perfectly. That is, very close, 300yards, from the Menin Gate and, of course, from the beautiful City square with its historic Cloth Hall and magnificent Churches. The architecture is just spellbinding.
Can hardly wait to go back in 2020. This peaceful hotel was very much the icing on the Christmas Cake!

The hotel was easy to find and in exactly the right position for us. The room was comfortable and roomy and at night it was quiet. The staff were helpful and good-humoured. We were pleased that our room possessed facilities for making tea and coffee.

Everything is brand new and of a high standard. Rooms were generous in size and very comfortable. Very trendy furnishings and great style. Staff were very kind and helpful. This is a fabulous hotel 5 minutes from Lille and I would definitely stay again - one of the best short stays we had in France.

This is a really nicely cared for establishment where the owner clearly takes great pride in looking after their property and treating guests well. Really enjoyable stay. We will be back. Thank you Catherine and Yves.

Return visit and even better. Don’t usually review hotels that we really like because they then become too popular, however this is a gem. The owners are friendly and accommodating and the room standards are excellent. We had a superior double on the way out and a junior suite back. Both were really plush.
The only slight problems are not the fault of the proprietors- parking fees nearby are high and there is a problem with bird mess on cars from trees in the car park outside, don’t park...

Hotel is short walking distance to the old town and only 10 mins from eurostar station. Inside it is modern and boutique designed with a very comfortable bed. The apple TV allows you to switch french dubbed films back into English, something i have not seen before which is good. The free soft drinks in the mini bar with snacks is very nice touch.
