"Amazing breakfast, friendly staff and really comfy rooms. Felt really safe as a lone female traveller. Amenities and mini bar in the room was all free of charge."

"The hotel was clean and easy to find as there are signposts for all the hotels. It is very close to all the tourist attractions too. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and we would not normally of had it , but there was not much open for that sort of thing in the square. The receptionist was not over friendly and it seemed like it was a chore for her to help us , especially when I asked her to order us a taxi on one of the days. "

"Beautiful old hotel right in the centre of Lille. Easy walk to the Eurostar station. Well located for all of Lille’s eateries. Rooms are nicely laid out and clean"

"Staff were amazing! The bar/food court was brilliant, the football was on when we were staying and the atmosphere was excellent! Just watch out for the car park as it is tight to get in & out!"

"Stayed in this hotel last minute as we are too tired for the day trip so decide to add another day. Didn’t have toothbrush or charging with me. Asked the reception and they have them! Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."
