"This was the BEST hotel that we stayed at during our entire Japan trip. It was spacious and felt very much like an American hotel room. I really liked the layout of the hotel and there were plenty of elevators. Even though it was such a large hotel, it never felt crowded in the lobby or hallways. The hotel put out a very large spread buffet spread for breakfast, which guests from both sides used in the morning. This was very full, but the staff were quite attentive and made sure to keep everything well stocked and the tables cleaned. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. It felt like per luxury! The price was very affordable and quite extremely reasonable for the property, especially one so close to the airport!"

"We stayed in the updated family suite with tatami beds. It had a peaceful feel and ambiance. We slept well on the mats. The customer service was excellent. They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day."

"Perfect place to stay if you want to have a bit more peace than the rush of Tokyo. About 20 mins on the train to get into the heart of the city. Perfect for events at the convention center and for parking if you plan to do a driving holiday in Japan."

"Staffs were really nice. Wife go to hotel with twin kids and luggage. Shuttle bus from airport to hotel staff helped her well to settle into room as I was arriving late night. Highly recommended. Room was big with airport view in high floor."
