"Great location for the city centre. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Stayed in the twin room which was ok. Had a disabled bathroom which was a little dated. Room definitely needs black out curtains. Our stay was mid May and it was very light in the room by 5am. Comfortable beds and breakfast was good"

"The internet Wifi was good, the room was clean, more coffee milk sugar needed. Face cloths would be nice in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient stay maybe 100 steps to Norwich Airport. "

"They upgraded us to a fabulous suite but it was too big for us and we didn’t like it so they offered us a preferable smaller room with good grace and humour! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Brilliant to have a private car park right in the middle of town. Didn’t try the restaurant but would definitely stay there again."

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve investment in the place they work . There was a front entrance before you got to the main doors that was plain awful and very off putting I was tempted to drive off but we didn’t due to our commitments ."
