"The room was large with comfortable bed and very quiet room. No view from our room. The breakfast was excellent with many options. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Windsor castle is just across the street too. The staff was great as they let me borrow a phone charger "

We had just one towel for two people and no flannels available. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff weren’t very warm. Wayfinding was confusing—clear signage off elevators is needed. Soaps also smelled unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay again."
