"This was such an extraordinary rental property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I visited Phoenix for graduation and my family and I were able to stay comfortably in the home. We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. Highly impressed with the property and host."

"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!"

"We were supposed to be in a different rental for the month of March, but that home went up for sale. We really lucked out getting this home as a replacement. From the moment we walked in, you can tell the home is well maintained. Private, quiet location. Experienced no major issues. As others have mentioned, you have to be careful to make sure the refrigerator doors are completely closed."

"This was definitely a 5-star rental. Convenient, easy-access location in the northwest metro and very quiet. Added bonus was that it was close to the New River walking/biking path. While interior finishes were average, it was comfortable. The highlight was the backyard space - wonderful heated pool (although we only needed the heat for one night's swim) and a giant pergola that provided plenty of shaded areas to hang out in. We appreciated the special touches, including welcome message and treats, RO water, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, kitchen amenities, first aid kit! Joshua was quickly responsive to our questions. The only detractor was the noise from traffic on Baseline Rd behind the house, which prevented us from spending more time outside on the patio."
