The host was very responsive too. I personally wasn't familiar with this type of wall heating system so perhaps the host can print out some step by step instructions for future guests, and put them in a welcome booklet on the coffee table as that would be helpful. We eventually figured it out, but it was a little chilly upon our arrival. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Lori B.
