Inn at Avila Beach
The room was funky and fun. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Breakfast was yummy. Coffee bar was a great addition. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

What an amazing find for my trip! Great hiking trail. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has great suggestions for things to do! Loved my stay here on two different nights…going north and coming back home.

Hilton Vacation Club San Luis Bay Avila Beach
No real instructions given on arrival. Room was the one with worst possible view and near construction in rooms next door. Hotel was great location but had a hard time enjoying the ocean from room. Supplies were not left for a 5 night stay.

Flying Flags Avila Beach
I would’ve given this property five stars except for the low frequency hum heard in our room the entire time we were there. I asked about it and was told it had something to do with Coast Guard radar. When I research this, it did not seem like a probable cause. I think it might have been the refrigerator. ...

Avila Valley House
The property had no working water for 2 days. We contacted the property owner and manager and were fully refunded; we then had to find another place to stay and that was stressful. Would NOT recommend this property. It had not been aired out and smelled musty and old.

Enjoy the big ocean views, hear the waves crashing, enjoy the coastal vibe.
Everything about this house is perfect and the host was amazing. The view is breathtaking!!The house has it all. Just be prepared to relax, unwind and recharge. Thank you for a great weekend!
