We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to come home. Like many other guests we were staying as a family group, visiting relatives in Marigliano so it was a great base. It would also make a fantastic stopping off point for anyone driving through Italy, away from the more touristy parts of Naples.
Hotel, grounds and pools are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I don’t think the staff ever stopped working to keep everything looking perfect.

The five rooms is a great small hotel in the heart of Naples. One of those places you would not know is there until you’re shown.
Alfredo is super helpful and sent details of where to go before I arrived and was then in touch via WhatsApp on the day of arrival in order to check all was ok . Once there it was fun going through the big door and up in the old style lift .. once on floor 4 you are greeted by a clean, modern and stylish boutique hotel - nicely decorated with a breakfast room and...

We had a basic room which WAS basic but very clean (basic meaning dated) we stayed 4 days and the room cleaning service was excellent, breakfast was continental, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but okish, no SKY in the basic rooms,, ideally situated for Pompeii as its literally across the road, didn't know until we got there that entry is free every 1st Sunday of the month. I'm glad we didn't pay for a transfer from the airport to the hotel because there's a bus outside the airport (outside...

Lovely hotel, great spot for getting to/from naples airport - about 35euro in a taxi/20mins drive (much quicker than any central naples hotels). It was a perfect "last day" spot for me, after a week on the amalfi and wanting a hassel-free early morning transfer. This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic restaurant (actually the best pasta I'd had all week!) and my room was really spacious and beautifully appointed (with a v. comfy bed!!). A little hidden Gem in the heart of the oldest part of the City. Outside is full of the hustle & bustle of narrow streets and busy piazzas. Inside the hotel is peaceful and tranquil. From the street large wooden doors open to a small quadrangle, with a quaint little lift at the far end. The hotel is situated on the second floor. Inside we were warmly greeted in a cosy lobby. We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport after a week on the Amalfi Coast. It is an excellent base to explore the historic heart of Napoli, set as it is on the 4th floor of an old building in the gritty Centro Storico. The accommodation is a welcome surprise and the welcome from Chiara was warm and informative. She organised a transfer to the airport for us the next morning which worked well. As our stay was short we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast or to use the sauna...

Beautiful property, staff extremely helpful in all aspects. Several weddings took place whilst we were there but they had no impact on our stay and rooms are extremely well soundproofed so no disturbances from the weddings at all.

Stay September 3 to 7th 2026. Room was very clean and of good standard. Air conditioning in the works well as room was very cool considering that temperature outside was tipping 37 degree when we were there. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in Napoli and would recommend.
