The staff however, do not really leave an impact. Reception staff answer all questions appropriately but I wouldn’t describe as warm or friendly. F&B staff in abundance at breakfast but the spread was disappointing and coffee always delivered cold. Three mornings with three different coffees tried, all served tepid at most. Shame as it is a classic and old Italian building which has its charm otherwise.
