The rooms are a bit tired, the room personal amenities like min bar, snacks, were lacking. Food quality at restaurants was decent but not memorable! It feels like the property has cash flow issues."

The hotel came with a full complement of amenities but I most appreciated the room service as well as the complimentary breakfast service. It was some of the best food I had in Italy. "The views from my balcony were amazing. The hotel was clean, and the pool was cold, and the free breakfast was delicious. My one issue was there wasn't a shuttle option into the city center, so we had to walk 20 minutes each way and the hotel is up a hill. Otherwise, everything was great!"
