"The apartment was in a great location with easy access to public transportation. It was very clean and Christian was always available for any questions we had. I would have rated the apartment 5 stars but the description listed a washer as one of the amenities when instead it was in the basement and cost extra to use. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Apartment was clean, convenient, and quiet. Well located near central Vienna. Owner was very helpful in check-in. The only thing I would change is the left-handed washroom (very small for using your right hand) "

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Fabulous in every respect. The location is perfect, friendly staff and very comfortable accommodation together with a very good onsite restaurant make this one of the best hotels in which we have had the pleasure of staying!

When we arrived at the Imperial Hotel we were expecting grandeur, history and to be impressed with the building itself (all of which are present in abundance). What we also got, most unexpectedly, was the warmest and most sincere welcome from the outstanding staff, from the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we reluctantly had to say ‘farewell’. My partner and I were celebrating his 50th birthday with this special trip and we were absolutely bowled-over with the level of care,...

Things I loved:
- The staff were all wonderful and helpful, both on the hotel reception and in Chez Bernard.
- The shower had excellent pressure and temperature
- The bed was very comfortable. A tiny bit more firm than I like, but I slept really well.
- It was so quiet! With the windows closed you really couldn't hear anything outside. I'm sensitive to noise so a quiet room is essential. I barely heard anyone else in the hotel either.
- When I mentioned in passing to reception I didn't like the...

Absolutely a beautiful hotel and the set up of the room was fantastic. Easily accessible from the airport and very close to the city centre . The only thing which I definitely would change are the pillows!! Way too soft 😉

Perfectly located on a quiet street just outside the historical quarter, but less than a minute away from an underground station with trains every 5 minutes or so that will take you there in no time.
Our room, and it faced the street, was gloriously quiet. I am a light sleeper who frequently struggles to get a full nights sleep in a hotel - I had no such problems here.
We booked a superior room (number 4) which was comfortable and spacious and benefitted from a queen size bed.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily. The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Beautiful period hotel, 10 mins walk from opera house. Really comfortable bed, nice local beer in the mini bar, tea/coffee making. Excellent customer service, they even gave us a complimentary pot of mustard when we checked out! Breakfast was included with a surprisingly excellent range of quality choices, in a pretty dining room. We would definitely stay again.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.
