Our 40m² studio is the ideal choice for you if you would like to combine living in the city and enjoying the comfort of a green environment.

It has one large living room that that views directly into the garden, a small anteroom and a bathroom with bath tube.

Your own small garden with terrace gives this apartment a very special charme, so just enjoy it. Suitable for 1-2 persons.
