"Staff was so welcomeing on arrival. Smooth check in,loved the little brownie gift on arrival. They also managed to decorate the room for my partner‘s birthday with some towel art shaped into a cake which I thought was lovely and along with a nice message. "

"Delightful hotel near university. Modern rooms and ok breakfast. Pool and spa decent though as smaller size can be busy. Staff were excellent, can’t complain about the service!"

"We only stayed for one night, but overall it was pleasant. The reception area smelled great and made a good first impression, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. I asked for a high-floor room at check-in and they accommodated the request, which I appreciated, although it was right next to the lifts and that wasn’t ideal. That said, I didn’t hear any noise. The room itself was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm with decent water pressure. All in all, a solid stay that did what it needed to do."

"It was alright I just don't like that the spa closes so early and also when you do go there in the morning thr hot tub ain't to hot but the lady at the first desk was really lovely "

"We had a pleasant 1 night stay. Check in was made effortless and welcoming by the young lady on reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it was Saturday 7th afternoon). We used the gym and pool which had been recently refurbished and were great. There seems to be other renovations taking place which the hotel could benefit from. Good value for money."

"Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Broken drinks vending machine and they sorted me out water. Really good price and rooms great. Hairdryer does set off the fire alarm though!"
