Alex was brilliantly accommodating, quick to respond and the whole process of check in was great, even helping with a transfer.
The location was superb, 30 seconds to the Panathenaic Stadium, 15 mins to Syntagma Square. Pangrati itself if great, some brilliant restaurants and bars that are better than some available in the city centre.
We did have a few issues unfortunately which have affected how we have rated the property. The lock was a little difficult to use, I managed to fix it so it now works better than when we arrived. There was faeces on the toilet seat when we arrived and the previous occupants toiletries in the shower, however the rest of the apartment was in a better state. The cooker was sounding an alarm for the first two days every few hours but I contacted Alex who informed me if I pulled out the fridge and unplugged the cooker it would solve the issue which it obviously did. Again, fantastic communication from Alex and very timely responses but an inconvenience nonetheless. The Patio is outside the front door next to a public staircase so is not private, not really very comfortable.
A good location and overall set up, just a little tired and probably needs a bit more of a rigorous clean in between guests.
