Mr. Economou, it is dishonest to comment presenting the facts in a distorted manner. When you made the reservation for 14/2, we informed you that due to Valentine's Day, the availability of the rooms based on the schedule was extremely limited. We suggested you come after 23:00 to be able to serve you, since your room would have been previously occupied. We also informed you that you could cancel your reservation if you were not comfortable with the above but you told us that you had no problem and that you would come after 23:00. So we waited for you at the prearranged time, indeed reserving the room, but you were unable to inform anyone, just never showed up. So what should we do as a business? if you had notified us of your cancellation, you can be sure that we would have returned the money to you, as we always do.

We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. In fact, your room had been thoroughly cleaned and ventilated and our staff made every effort to make it non-smoking, but unfortunately many times non-smokers are very sensitive to the smell of smoke, of course justified. We simply had to change your room by recommending someone else from the excellent rooms we have with different themes, even doing a room upgrade to make you forget this unpleasant moment. Our only observation is that the rating is unfair since after check in you didn't stay and decided to leave without giving us the opportunity to host you in our special way and turn your dissatisfaction into an unforgettable stay experience.
