Von aussen entäschend, Mein Zimmer hat keine Vorhänge. Die Nachbarn vom Hotel können alles beobachten, wie man sich bewegt, wenn man das Licht anschaltet.
Ich habe am nächsten morgen meine Augen aufgemacht, sehe ich jemanden im Zimmer vorm Bett steht. Er wollte mich aufwecken.
Normaleweise muss der Reise Veranstalter das Geld für das Hotel zurückbezahlen.

At first we would like to thank you for choosing the Airotel Parthenon for your recent stay here in Athens. We are honored that you spent time to share with us your useful experience. Having read your comments, we apologize for those parts which caused you discomfort during your stay. Please allow me to express our aspect for the above mentioned matters.
In regards to the curtains, we apologize and we will check your issue selectively. Just to mention that alternatively we also have the blackout balcony door.
As far as it concerns your wake up the next day, please allow me to give you an explanation. Once our guest requests wakeup call, we are obliged to confirm that the service is delivered. Our telephone center gave the signal that you did not answer the wakeup call. The next step was to knock your door and since we had no answer too, we had to enter the room in order to check if you were already awake or not. One more reason we did that, was to make sure that you wouldn’t miss any important appointment or travel arrangement you might have.
We always follow the same procedure, mainly, to ensure that our guests are safe. We are really sorry if that caused you disappointment, but our intention was definitely not to disturb you.
I would like to assure you that our staff is well trained and has already faced similar situations. Finally and above all, we will be happy to welcome you again in our property and we do hope that your next visit will be the ideal one.
