Hiking and rain
We had planned on two days of hiking in Mount Rainier Park. The park lived up to its name. Rain-ier. Our second day was rained out, but we still enjoyed the beauty and majesty of the mountain and the lush forests. Fir cabin was wonderful and cozy, so cute! It’s well stocked with essentials which we appreciated since we flew in. Shampoo and conditioner, condiments, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, s’mores fixings and waffle mix!

Great cozy cabin and convenient location. Only complaint is the mouse poop beneath the sink which caused a bad smell. They also woke me up in the middle of the night from the noise the mouses were making.

Great Location
This little cabin was perfect for our stay at Mt Rainier ! We had everything we needed, it was so cozy, and the bed so comfortable. As a suggestion, the addition of a small electric skillet and an air fryer to make cooking easier wo the stove (just a hot plate is provided), would be wonderful to add for future guests. Also thanks to the host for bringing a larger coffee pot!! We loved our stay.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I planned a 2.5 week trip through Washington, Oregon and California to visit the national parks. Patti checked in prior to us getting to the cabin and on our first night. The cabin is less than a mile from the entrance to Mt. Rainier, and coupled with the park pass we had purchased, we were able to enter the park within minutes. There were personal touches that we appreciated, from the waffle mix to the s’mores kit. We didn’t have a campfire out of an abundance of caution for a possible fire ban, but there’s a nice setup in the backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and swing. If we ever make a return trip to the west coast, we’ll definitely stay here again.

WA get-away
Great stay at this cabin on our trip to Mt Rainier. Great location! Quiet, clean and had what we needed. Including a small heater to dry out our hiking boots after tromping thru snowfields. Wish we could have booked a couple more nights to enjoy the fire pit.
