Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish.

Probably the most quirky place I have stayed, ( except Frog Manor in Cheshire which I think is now closed ) fab relaxed atmosphere, great English wines, the staff are very helpful 👍

Only stayed one night before getting the early eurotunnel. We arrived quite late but all of the staff were so accommodating and friendly and we managed to get some lovely food despite the time. The room was beautiful and rustic only downside is that because we were leaving early we felt we had to be so so quiet as the rooms felt so intimate.s

Stayed in the Oak Room for one night - it has lovely views and the garden is beautiful. It is two rooms in the attic plus a private bathroom. There are low oak beams so take bumping you head as part of the charm and some narrow stairs.

Everthing was perfect , good location to visit Ashford designer outlet, just in front off Ashford internacional station, good breakfast , helpfull staff and clean Room,

Very warm welcome and the comfort was superb. The room was always kept clean. The room was so spacious and in a quite corner which was what I needed after an all day conference. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a country feel hotel.

You never know what to expect when travelling somewhere new but this place is lovely, it felt like a home away from home. The small touches like the thank you card, the candle, the decor, even the garden made it feel very homely. The host was amazing, she made me feel welcome, she showed me around and was very friendly. I had my privacy but she checked in to see if I was ok and to see if I needed anything which I thought was sweet. I loved my stay here and I will definitely come here again. If...

Great stay again !! Apart from bar lady didn’t want to be there ! Very slow and couldn’t be bothered to serve me apart from that great again with a free upgrade

A gem of a property hardly more than 30 mins drive from anywhere in East Kent. Literally a stone's throw from Chilham Station for direct access to Canterbury and the coast in one direction and Maidstone and London in the other. The owners are the friendliest people you are likely to meet and cannot do enough to meet all your requirements.

We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff contacted me as I had anticipated a later arrival to advise about dining times whch was really helpful. Food was good. Could be a bit more options of gluten free at breakfast
