"Obviously could do with an upgrade as rooms are quite dated. However nice spot with patio doors onto the lake and everything that was needed in the room inc ceiling fan which was helpful. Breakfast ok however burger at dinner was awful."

"We were concerned that when the fire alarm went off at 10.40 pm no staff were on the stairs saying it was a false alarm. We were in 4th floor and were fast asleep at the time. Swimming pool very good but members behaved like they owned it on the two occasions I used it."

"Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting family in Cliftonville over the past 2.5 years. If we were being picky then asked for decaf tea but actually given green tea, so had to be thrown away and no cranberry juice at the bar. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and definitely where we will be staying when we visit again. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel."

"We thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and inviting. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really enjoyed our dinner in the Churchill lounge and Bar. Bathroom was great rnjoyed the heated towels!! Only comment,is our rooms floor slanted and so our heads were higher then our feet while sleeping and we felt lije we were slipping off the bed. . The slant also made you lose your balance. Other then that we loved it all."
