This is a great basic option in downtown for the value and easily walkable location. Rooms and bed were both very comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The biggest plus is the FREE parking!

My two best friends and I came from different parts of the country to do a girls trip here in Asheville. We stayed at the restoration two nights and they were booked up for the second two nights so we stayed at four points. It was absolutely perfect. Though location was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious. And the price was a quarter of what it cost a couple streets away. We had a wonderful time!

The staff was very helpful. They assured me that there was a gas station near the airport for when I return the car. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very walkable. The breakfast Monday through Friday was great Saturday and Sunday. They had one of those heat breakfast things and it was OK, but I love the personalized breakfast during the week when it wasn’t as crowded.

Staff was great. The place looks old from the outside. And always the bed is hard as a brick and pillows go flat just by looking at them

I have to say that this was probably the friendliest front desk staff in the afternoon and evening I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and helpful and the cleaners were just constantly working on details for what I feel is kind of a budget hotel they really did a good job. The beds were comfy. The sheets were clean. The room was clean. The only downside is they only serve breakfast and there’s no bar.

We loved this hotel. We went tubing in Asheville and decided to spend the night so we could check out downtown. This hotel was clean, had great parking and was right in the downtown area. There were a ton of restaurants/bars that were a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in downtown Asheville
