"Lovely character and for a convenient break is fine. Pool you must b9ok swimming slots as only 6 persons allowed. Steam and sauna is located oitside pool area through gym due to layout thats a bit inconvenient. Female changing has no individual cubicles, showers are open for two persons with one wc, no family changing. Lockers provided and pool does have family and kids designated times. If your unsteady on your feet there are rooms at back of hotel but outlook can be bleak. Treatment rooms two but only one is quiet the other is smaller and can pick up pool noise."

"Have stayed here several times. Always a warm welcome and comfortable rooms. On this stay I was leaving for ann early flight but enjoyed a complementary continental breakfast. "

"Lovely clean large room, great bath to soak in, super comfy bed, a nice TV, many charging points to plug in your devices. The Staff are friendly and helpful, Breakfast was ok, Scrambled eggs are I would say being an experienced chef, made from liquid egg, sausages were nothing special, bacon and mushrooms were fine, nice croissants, some breakfast cereal, average breakfast, Our room was very clean ,smelled fresh, including the en suite toilet."

"Excellent all round. 10 minutes drive from the airport. The restaurant was fine and the staff were superb throughout the hotel. I will stay there every time I fly from Bristol."

"Check was easy and fast, the room was great and bed was very comfortable, We will definitely stay again when we travel to Bristol airport."

"Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals."
