"This is a lovely property. Nice and clean, well equipped and in beautiful grounds with lakes and wildlife. We enjoyed feeding the geese - and were allowed to see some baby chicks that had just hatched. Barbara was on hand to help with anything we needed, and had provided a leaflet with local things to do and takeaways that delivered to site. Excellent stay, we will no doubt be booking again."

"Our long weekend at Cosy Cottage was perfect. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make everything comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfy and the cottage is warm and well appointed. Location is excellent, both within the village of Tealby itself (walks, tea shop, pub) and more generally, within the Lincolnshire Wolds. We felt our dogs were welcome and the whole weekend was so relaxed. Cannot recommend the cottage highly...

"This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels,food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by."

"Spent 2 nights here recently visiting relatives in the area and loved it. Very clean, modern and comfortable and we felt very at home. All the kitchen amenities that you would need and a walk in shower to die for. We will definitely book again when in the area."

"Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways, an Aldi & a massive amusement centre with bowling a few minutes walk away. Our dogs also loved...

"Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again."
