"Gorgeous property which seems recently remodeled. Excellent location near Earl's Court tube station. The hotel and room was gorgeous. We had the interior room with no windows - A104. It is a very small room. My husband and I were a bit cramped but the nice big kind bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Disappointed there is not a lobby area with a bathroom, and breakfast is not served. There are internal doors for each room area and the doors are loud when they close. Room A104 is right near the section door so after about 9:00am I could hear people going in and out that door which was loud and woke me up. Pack your earplugs. Suggestion to the hotel: I know you do not have slow close doors for security reasons, but I do suggest you add sound dampening to the interior hallway doors."

"This is Ibis's low budget offering and it was definitely a value for the money. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a bar and restaurant as well as a Hotel Hoppa to shuttle you to and from Heathrow airport at a cost of £7 one way. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff were friendly and informative. The room was EXTREMELY compact! The Queen bed took up most of the space. There were no drawers or closets to store our clothes. We stayed for four days and had to keep our clothes in our suitcases. We had to balance our small carry on size luggage on the top of the dresser. The air conditioning vent near the bed blew directly on us while sleeping. Had to turn it off during the night, otherwise we were freezing. Bed pillows are very hard. We made the best of it, were out most of the day but would not stay here again due to these issues."
