"Only stayed for one night as was passing through the city. Great location for the Shinkansen, but was quite tricky to get to via directions from the station. Has a 7-11 in the same building with access from the hotel making a great place to pick up snacks and drinks for your room. Check in was quick and helpful and staff were very polite. Only annoying thing was that the lift will always stop on the lobby floor, not sure if this is a security thing, but it got annoying when you just wanted to get up to the room and the lift would stop"

"In general, good hotel and I have stayed OK. One of the reasons I have chosen this hotel was that there is a spa. However I was a little bit disappointed compared with APA hotel. Spa-wise, if there was bubble bath it was much better and also towels provided were not enough. Having asked to use towel provided in the rooms also used in the spa as well. The face towel should have provided more than one."

"Nice clean and comfortable room, only thing that was missing from it was USB sockets for charging devices (first world problems...). Staff were helpful and l was able to leave my bag prior to check-in and again leave it after checking out. "
