You could tell that it’s an old hotel. However, it is still very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were there for only a night, and I was expecting a parcel. They tried their hardest to help me out despite the language barrier. Downsides are that the beds are really hard. Both my sister and I woke up with backaches. Location wise - it is very near the East Gate/Exit of shin-Osaka station, so if you are taking the Shinkansen , highly recommend here as there is a lift at this exit. Having said that, the nearest convenience store is also near the station exit.
