The rooms come with only 2 prong outlets and if you need an adapter you can borrow one from the front desk. Check in and out is fast and easy. You could tell that it’s an old hotel. However, it is still very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were there for only a night, and I was expecting a parcel. They tried their hardest to help me out despite the language barrier. Downsides are that the beds are really hard. Both my sister and I woke up with backaches. Location wise - it is very near the East Gate/Exit of shin-Osaka station, so if you are taking the Shinkansen , highly recommend here as there is a lift at this exit. Having said that, the nearest convenience store is also near the station exit.
