Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the noise. Room was right next to an open balcony, so we could hear traffic from outside all day/night due to very thin walls. The double bed takes up most of the room, so there isn't much room to move around. It helps a lot that you can store your bags under the bed. It's very clean and new, with everything you need. There are lots of restaurants and shopping just steps away, but I especially appreciated the convenience to the train station.I didn't hear any noise from traffic or other guests. They clean the room and change the sheets every 3 days, but hang an amenity bag on a hook with clean towels, coffee, etc every day. The staff is polite and helpful. Check out time is extendable, but they will charge you 1,000 yen for every hour after 10am.
