Nice room with comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Attentive service and staff. Would be great to see more breakfast options in the AM. Recommend this property for a stay in southwestern VT.

Super sweet message left since property managers had gone when we arrived. Easy, great directions! Room was super clean. Only thing I wish was a few more blankets but apart from that all good.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Arlington Inn. The accommodations were lovely - very clean and comfortable. The inn is very charming. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Our room had a binder with all the history connected with Arlington VT and the Arlington Inn. I asked the Inn Keeper at the front if she could print it out for me to keep. She did just that (although 2 pages were missing so I had to take a picture of the originals from the binder in our room). We only had time for one night here. We will be coming back.

My future go-to place in southwestern Vermont
A wonderful inn and wonderful innkeepers. Beautiful and relaxed. The physical condition needs some refreshing, but the innkeepers just purchased the inn a week before our stay in August 2022 and have already begun making improvements.

The property was well appointed for an older inn. Improvements were being carried out at the time of our stay and the owners took care to insure that we were not inconvenienced.

My favorite B&B in Vermont.
Love the Arlington Inn. It’s just what a B&B should be. Lovely home, big bedrooms, outstanding breakfast. I’ll be returning in July.

We had a wonderful time. Family owned and run Inn. Very friendly staff; excellent breakfast and dinners. Room was clean and comfortable; a typical New England Inn-a nice break from the "corporate hotel" factory accommodations.

The room was spacious, we stayed in the Marshal Room, but when you came into the building you could smell mold. The breakfast was great and the staff were pretty nice. I would not stay again just because the price was a little high for what we got and the mold issue was concerning.

We had a slipped slate on the roof of the breezeway that was waiting for a new piece of slate to be cut and installed before we could work on the wood underneath. Buildings from 1847 are a never ending project and we work very hard at their upkeep. Not everything can be picked up at Home Depot and fixed in 30 minuets to last another 175 years!

The property was very nice to look at. We stayed in the building next door. We didn’t get a tour or the main building there was no diner served on Sunday or Monday and the breakfast was from 8-9:30 which is rather early if you are on vacation in the mountains.

The breakfast was delicious, and portions were huge - Worth getting up for. Unable to comment on dinner because dining area was closed during our visit (website not updated). We’re able to visit the tavern bar for a glass of wine. A bit expensive but comparable to others in the area.

We love the Inn and the food is wonderful as are Eric and his crew. Sadly, the rooms are old and musty. There have not been updated in 20 years or so. No hair dryer in our room. Spider webs in the corners of the rooms. There was a woven canopy on the four poster bed and was very in the way.

I would save all YEAR to do this again! Nothing could have been more perfect in any way. The food was excellent and presented to perfection. We stayed in Lucinda's Room and while the others were lovely too, THIS is the one!!!

Great Place to Stay
Had a great time at the Arlington Inn. Room was excellent. Clean, neat and spacious. Food was amazing. Both dinner and breakfast was delicious. Breakfast is included in room price, dinner extra but worth every penny! Everyone at the Inn was friendly and attentive to us.

Vermont Visit
Stay was lovely. Food was excellent. Room was very clean. The Inn itself is a little run down. Did not affect our stay. One of the owners, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful in discussing area's interests. She was sensitive to our desire to eat outdoors and anticipated our schedule.
