"good compact hotel"

"This was more of a stopover during our trip so we didn't really explore the area - It was just for the night and we totally enjoyed our rest here."

"Location close to train station. Friendly staff. Parking plenty, but the lots are spread around different areas surrounding the hotel. Will choose same hotel next time."

"Staff warm and welcoming, rooms extremely clean"

"Nice hotel "

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "The check-in info better sent one day earlier. It is easy to ignore while traveling. Also better to have English translation available."

"Friendly staff and good location around with restaurants and shops "

"ラウンジが良かった"

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "
